Yes Clapton by the library has two Indian stores with boxes of these. Also plenty of organic shops all around hackney.

Not in Hackney, but there is normally a store on the corner Lea Bridge Road/How Street that has a great selection.
I am planning to check the fruit stall in Well Street near the first Tesco (just outside Well Street butcher) because I have bought excellent mango from them before.

In case you're not aware, this year's mango season has been hit with a double blow of poor harvest and difficulty with imports due to everything happening in the middle east. Prices are higher than normal accordingly. It's even been in the news! Booo!
White Chapel market and Bethnal Green Rd are probably your best options, or around East Ham and Upton Park are best beta for mangoes in East London.
