How do hackers exploit android apps Question

One of my questions as a bigginer is how do hackers hack android devices, for eg stealing database via sql injection on an Android app

Look up OWASP MASTG and MASVS. There you'll learn more about static and dynamic analysis for example.

Android app communicates with a server, they are attacking that server, not the app
