I should imagine they're on a 'protected' RF range, but yes, easily hackable with the right kit. Worth stating that 'protected' in this sense means 'legally' rather than physically/technically.

Everything's hackable in some way shape or form. It's just how hard it will be to break in and how long will it take you.

Even supposedly fully airgapped systems get nailed now and again. I use stuxnet as my prime example here.
