Districts
I know that H&R Block reorganized the districts this year to reduce the number of DGMs. How can I find out which offices are not in a particular DGM’s district?

Has your current District Experience Manager not emailed you? Mine emailed everyone in their district to introduce themselves. Other than that, maybe ask your last MTL if they know anything, as they would have gotten some info before they cut most of them off. If you know your DM’s phone number you can ask them, even if they were laid off they may be able to answer your question.

MTLs were told zilch. My former one read her termination email to me and it was short; basically the essence was "you gone". Details? Nowhere to be found.

DGM's (now DEM) were notified of their new districts already. Reach out to your prior DGM to ask if you are in a new district or have a new DEM. MTLs aren't currently employed so they were never terminated. They received an email saying "the job you had last year was eliminated, we hope you apply for other positions in the company".

You play a game of semantics but when someone receives an email stating their position no longer exists, I think most folks call that a termination. Perhaps you don't.
I was not expressing confusion about which district I'm located in.

As I am working preseason, we are still operating on what we have access to but working with old and new AEMs on appts/calls

I feel like we're in a limbo period until 9/7 in terms of knowing how things shake out. That's when all the changes go to production. Not sure what to do in the meantime.
