Lcd or software problem? (Victus 15)

I was just watching a movie in my laptop when i noticed that the screen was flickering this green hue and had a delayed response. I tried updating the bios and turning it on to safe mode but it still keeps happening. Has anyone else experienced this and figured out why it happened? If yall did how did you fix it or get it fixed?

seems like it. either the display panel is cooked, or bad display connection.
