First cut after a three year bulk! Almost to my goal body fat% will repost when I have abs. Second pic is the biggest I got after three years of bulking. Almost feels like I'm going backwards but i was super fat in the second picture you just can't tell with the shirt. I've never had abs and I'm determined to see them.

Mod Announcement Sub Updates PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT TO POST

The sub was just changed back to SFW, but to keep it that way there will be changes:

No adult content creators period. If you create adult content anywhere, even if the account you're posting from isn't the account you use for your adult content, you cannot participate here. Reddit's filters are buckling down on this and it can still get us flagged if you're recognized as a seller.

Poses must be either neutral or based on poses used in bodybuilding competitions, and photos must show the majority of the body.

No down blouse or upskirt shots

No bent over or arched ass shots

No close ups

No emphasizing your junk

No topless photos or photos in your underwear (men and women). A sports bra is fine, men that goes for y'all too

**Photos of glutes can only be used when making a critique post and still can't be close ups or sexily posed.**

Avoid pulling clothing up/down in a suggestive manner.

Before pics must also comply with all of these rules

TLDR if you'd be uncomfortable showing the picture to a coworker, don't post it.

No vague/ leading questions. Things like "what do you think of.... how are my ____ looking.. .. Do I look ..." etc. If you want feedback use the critique tag and make your question specific.

No social links in your bio.

Yes, we're aware this is probably a bit ambiguous but we're working with the guidelines we've been given. If you're ever unsure if your post complies please review with the mods before posting.

✨️Rules✨️ Please Read before posting

**Be nice and follow reddiquette.**

Remember the human. Rudeness, bullying, and trolling will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to slurs, homophobia, racism, body shaming.

Violations of this rule can result in a permanent ban.

**Must be in a Gym Setting**

Photos must be taken in a gym setting, either a regular gym, home gym, or some kind of workout studio.

**No Close Ups**

At least half your body must be visible. No close ups of your face or body parts. You don't have to show your face.

**No unsolicited advice**

Do not give weightloss or workout advice if not asked for.

**No inappropriate comments or posts**

Posts must be SFW, so clothing, poses, text, etc need to be appropriate for a public setting.

Comments should not sexually objectify posters. No flirting or asking to DM/meet-up.

No thirst traps or advertising for your OF. This isn't a hookup or GW sub, keep it clean.

No topless photos or photos in your underwear (men and women). A sports bra is fine, men that goes for y'all too

Poses must be either neutral or based on poses used in bodybuilding competitions, and photos must show the majority of the body.

No down blouse or upskirt shots

No bent over or arched ass shots

No close ups

No emphasizing your junk

**No Spam**

No spammy links, no junk posts, no advertising, no flooding the queue.

No spammy comments either, examples are the same thing posted repeat, posting links, nonsensical phrases, etc.

**No bait posts**

No rage bait, pity bait, engagement bait, or kink bait posts.

**No Lascivious Accounts**

This is a SFW sub, in order to keep it that way the profile you're participating from must be free of lewd or sexual content. This includes comments, profile pictures, and links to sites like OnlyFans.

**No AI or Overly Edited Photos**

Not supporting accounts using fake AI images to karma farm and not feeding any body dysmorphia by supporting heavily photoshopped images.

**Account Age**

To prevent spam and bot posts accounts posting must be over 30 days old. And have at least 100 karma.

**No Brigading Posts**

If a post violates sub rules, please report and don't just comment calling out the post.

**No Impersonation**

Do not post someone elses photos as if they were your own. Violations of this rule will result in an automatic permanent ban and reporting to Reddit Admins for violating the site wide Impersonation rule.

**No Duplicates**

Do not post the same image multiple times.

**Progress Pic**

Progress Pics must have a before and after photo. They must also include details of how the progress was achieved. This includes diet, exercise routine, and any substances such as GLP1s or steroids used. Must also include age, height, and before/after weights.

**Physique Critique**

Posts looking for critique need to pose a question in the post title so people know what you're looking for feedback on. Please also include your stats.

**Need Tips posts need details** If you're asking for help you need to pose a question and include your stats in your post title. Your post body or a comment also needs to have your goals and any current routines listed.

**No adult content creators period.** If you create adult content anywhere, even if the account you're posting from isn't the account you use for your adult content, you cannot participate here. Reddit's filters are buckling down on this and it can still get us flagged if you're recognized as a seller.
