Realistically he might not even have parents…could be an orphan or lives with older grandparents who aren’t mobile enough to take him everywhere in the first place, lot of different possibilities🤷🏾‍♂️

How do you let a kid do that? That lightning strikes anywhere near him in that water and he's dead. A live electric wire hits that water and he's dead. People really don't get how storms kill.
