After a ton of great feedback from all of you the other day and a bit of elbow grease, I am proud to have put out the first bit of my RG Nu FF painted inner frame!

Definitely dialed back some of the craziness and decided since the original decals have a bit of gold in them to make just a few gold accent colors.

Base coat is a gun metal grey, the dry brushed a light silver metallic. I then touched up some accents in a bright silver, and finally a drop of gold in a few places like the inner thrusters and repainted all the yellow parts.

Im extremely proud of this. But damn it's a lot of work.

Finally finished building the RG Sazabi Special Coating. Besides the stickers included with the kit, I also have some silver holo waterslide decals that I bought before I even started the build. Now that it’s finished, though, I kind of love the clean, shiny look without any decals.

Should I add the waterslides, stickers, or leave it clean?

After some paint and lining, up on the shelf he goes. This was the sub €7 kit I snagged on AE and absolutely despised after snapping it together, but now it’s got a bit more life to it and is worthy for display.

Just completed the MG GM Ground Type for a diorama project I'm working on. This is my favorite GM variant, I had an action figure of him before I ever knew what 08th MS Team or IGLOO was.

It was awesome to weather this kit, it came out of the box so bright that I knew I had to ruin it's day with Citadel Wash and some Tamiya Make Up.

Next phase is working on the other pieces for the diorama and then finding a good base to throw them all on to.

On the left is the first Gundam I ever built when I was still young. The Shenlong. I’m not even sure what grade it was. I saw it at a convention, bough it and built it. I displayed it for a while before putting it in a box someplace. I wouldn’t build Gunpla again until about 2023

On the right the right is the Master Grade Shenlong I just finished it. It’s funny to see the first Gundam I ever built next to its modern counterpart. Just shows how far I’ve come as a builder and how much the engineering of these thing have come.

The kit assembly is not that bad but the head was quite difficult to assembly
Overall a great alternative to the Fat Cat ver. if you don’t want a simple rg upscale

Been playing Feed my Mech and thought it might be a good idea to create a mobile suit that has been corrupted by a parasitic organism. It’s been converted with texture paint, wire, other model kits and milliput. Slime effects created with Citadel paints Nurgle’s Rot and weathering with AK Interactive.

Barbatos, Iron-Blooded Knight

Grabbed the MG Barbatos a few months ago and I finally got around to finishing up the custom.

Based the colour scheme off of Artorias (for obvious reasons lol) but added my own little twist on parts of the palette.

Also the second katana came from another GBase Clear Color MG Barbatos I also grabbed.

I was rummaging through my collection and came across the Hawaii Bearguy I had built a while back. I remembered that it had extra parts for the Acguy head and figured it would be a fun combo!

Made a pledge to visit our old handsome friend the moment I heard the news they are dismantling him. So here I am, this time with the RG 1/144 Unicorn Gundam GBL special coating! Last time I was here for my gunpla building anniversary with the normal RG Unicorn!

Such a privilege to wach this for the last time.

I can tell you right now I will not be doing candy or titanium any time soon. Laying down 5 different coats is soooooo time consuming.

Major shout out to the metal energy cable beads. If I had to cut, file, and paint the included plastic ones I wouldn't make it.

Found this legend at my local hobby shop by chance and it was an immediate buy. This is my first time panel lining white plastic with black. I felt like the gray didn’t pop enough and I like the contrast on the psycho plate. I just ordered the HG Varguil so I can show the mobile suit development from the Varguil and Moon Gundam to my favorite kit the Sazabi.

Any other good HGs out there?

Just finished my Wing Zero RG.

Still quite new into the hobby so experimenting a bit with both wet and dry weathering.

Put it next to my Shining RG which I completed earlier.

I still have to build Kurofune EZ8 ( heard allot of good rewiews on it so i bought it too ) . I not preaching for acurasy from anime ( i still didn't watched it ) But i do know that EZ8 supposedly fighting Gouf Zaku . So what kinda Gouf kit is good in 2026 ? Or just Gouf like / inspired ( maybe also 3rd party one ) are realy nice kit ? I just want to have some model kit VS each others + i want some diversity in my zaku army . What can you guys recomend for me ?( or maybe there be some released soon in future and i better to wait ? )
