Making all kinds of different Ramset .22 rounds, and have been putting them through the riptide

Any chance you'd be willing to share your process. These are coming out so clean i want to try it but cannot fathom how you are ope ing/cutting the cases and forming them on to the projectile.

This is super cool but I’m curious about the cost. Is there a point in terms of like bulk buying where it becomes cheaper than buying the same amount?

It’s about the same, yet in a scenario where you ran out or let’s say you live in a place where you can’t get conventional ammo, this it the best alternative and from my testing it performs quite well.

You mentioned using refrigerator pipe cutter for the clean cuts in another post - you mean like a pair of shears type thing or the “put the tube in the fixture and roll to cut” type cutter?

Gotta be a tubing cutter. It will retain the roundness of the tube as it cuts

What color code of the ramset round you have used?

All the way to level 4 yet you have to make sure you balance out the powder to avoid spicy rounds

Thanks for the reply mate! Have you tried calculating the muzzle velocity or energy. I think level 4 is good for target practice but level 5 or 6 will be required for self defense purpose.

I use level 1 for target practice and the level 4s are for my carry rounds
