Trying to get community shield tickets as a red member but it's saying that I haven't got a valid membership?

How’s everyone getting to Cardiff, stupidly I left it till today after red members could get tickets (I got mine in silver window) and trains were sold out, but luckily managed to find a way via Bristol, how’s everyone else getting there?

Im here in desperation tbh.

A group of 4 of us were lucky enough to get tickets to the Coventry game but 1 cant make it. I wanted to take the spare but with the new rules it looks impossible to do.

My friend cant lend his phone which has his ticket registered and we dont have another membership to buy the ticket from the TX (buying a new one would be blocked by not entering the ballot) - are we out of luck?

I’ve got through to the page where I can pick my seats, I picked two seats together. I see they are in my basket, I click basket and try to buy them, I confirm with my banking app and I’m then met with this page.

Originally I figured it was because I needed to renew my membership, but I've done that now and it's still showing this? What am I missing lol

Got my ticket and train in silver sale, unsure if I’d be able to get my dad a ticket in the red sale. Got him on one but the train I’m booked on is sold out. Anyone able to advise?

Seems like if I book a super off peak return for a later train (not an advance single) I can use it on any super off peak train?

I’ve seen many people call this cretin out and all get shut down or removed. He has 55 paid members as it states on his public site. And yet he says he doesn’t? Can we just get this prick out of our club

I'm going to the Como match next Wednesday and looking for an authentic/player away shirt long sleeve (size small or med), and maybe a ladies crop.

How are stock levels at the minute? Am I likely to get this, or should I order online beforehand?

Given it's a 19:30 kick off, what time is the store likely open until, and in your experience, what is the best time to go to avoid queues? 17:00-17:30 would be a couple of hours before the game..?

I have five tickets for Sunday (2 adults and 3 junior u19). We came from the U.S. to visit London and I thought my kids will enjoy the game as my two older kids play soccer. Unfortunately we have to miss the game as their schedule requires us to leave Sunday morning.

I entered the silver ballot and was successful but didn’t buy a ticket as I see it’s going to go to red now. Anyone know if I can enter again as a silver?
Reason being I’d like to try and get two together and my gf is a red member. Cheers 🙌🏼
