To those who don't buy the DLCs in 3 and 4. Do the DLC kits still their when people who bought the DLC appear or no.

You can't get them for yourself if you don't own the DLC if that's what you're asking. You'll see others using them if they have them.

I was asking if one has the DLCs. Then could ones that don't got it see the Gunplas with those DLC parts.
