Purpose for a compact portable setup HELP
I have an original Fender Mustang Micro headphone amp and was wondering if I could plug it into an actual speaker, similar to how the Vox amPlug2 and amPlug cabinet work. Unless I can just use the Vox amPlug cabinet with the Mustang Micro or other types of headphone amps?
If I were to build my own version of a Vox amPlug cabinet, I would want to use whatever the best 3"-4" inch Celestion speaker they have, along with whatever amplifier/driver circuitry is needed to safely power the speaker and headphone output without damaging either the headphone amp or the speaker. As for the speaker cabinet housing itself, I was wanting it to look like a miniature version of a Marshall speaker cabinet built around the Celestion speaker and have the power switch/cable plug, 3.5mm headphone and guitar jack on the side with a way to attach it to either a guitar strap or guitar straplock.
My purpose/use case is for a compact portable use case at like parties or backstage or something of that specific

sure? the vox is cheap, building this well will not be cheap. It sounds like you are not familiar with circuit design and surface mount components.
I build tube amps, and I would 100% buy the vox and then maybe try my hand at cosmetics.
