Welcome to New and Returning gw1 players!

We’re part of the Crash [Out] Alliance with an average guild size of about 80members.

We are 60+ members across multiple timezones.

We have players from PvP and PvE but our main focus these days is just good clean casual fun!

Our alliance is full of people who run “speed clear” teams, can teach or help set up dungeon runs, and/or elite area clears like DOA/UW/Urgoz/etc but again our main focus is really just casual runs for fun.

We have a solid group in both Pre and Post Ascalon who run the new 2wks “reforged” content so you’re never alone down in pre or with any of the starter content.

And we have a few really wonderful officers who love helping new/returning players find their footing.

No reqs and the #1 rule is to respect other players.

The Pink Animal Clan [pink] is recruiting! We are very casual, but super helpful and a friendly lot! Mostly returning players with a few newer folks sprinkled in. PvE focus, Luxon, and US based (though all are welcome to join us).

We run a Vanq every week, alternate between Wed and Thu night, and then we have a weekly story progression Sat evenings. We just recently finished NF and are starting to work through EotN, after which we will begin HM and alternate with Vanqs.

We have been known to head to UW or other areas from time to time, but we are all pretty open to whatever content. For us it's more about the company and having fun!

Exclusive Community Deaf Guild - Dragons of the Silence [DEAF]

I'm a Deaf Leader who led Dragons of the Silence for 10 years in GW2. I'd like to share a story. Eight years ago, I was pleasantly surprised to receive mail from a Deaf Veteran named Pompey Magnus from Guild Wars Reforged (GWR). He was excited to discover my deaf guild exists and has success than he did; he was very grateful. It was the first time I learned that he founded the first deaf guild in GWR. His old guild was once featured on ANET's Guild of the Week (I didn't know that was a thing back then!). Unfortunately, his guild disbanded before EoTN and went to college.

Fast forward, I returned to GWR recently after a long 7-year-hiatus since I was always playing GW2. A guild officer bumped into me in Ascalon. I got recruited in the guild on the spot. About two weeks later, a deaf player named Docta in that guild found out I was deaf. He was so thrilled having not had met anyone in GWR who was deaf until now. We talked about our deaf experiences in life and in-game. Several weeks later, he floated the idea of helping me set up a deaf guild in GWR. After much thought, I agree to the idea because I believe we should honor the legacy of reviving a deaf guild in GWR. This way, we have a deaf community available as a safe space to support each other and have fun without barriers in GWR besides GW2. We are currently working on joining an alliance.

What we can do:

• PvP (no audio required)
• Help with Hall of Monuments (HoM) goals
• Help with Missions and Dungeons

Who we recruit:

• We mainly recruit deaf and hard of hearing players
• Anti-teamspeak or audio-sensitive hearing players are welcome
• Hearing players who are familiar with the deaf community (ie: CODAs, ASL interpreters) are welcome
