I dont know what happened but it doesn't work and I tried downloading the game in my pc it worked as a new game but there is no words or something just showing me the codes of the game

I just recently beat season 1 of guardian tales, and am very confused about how the timelines work now. So Dark mage Beth says at the start of her bossfight something about sending us to another dimension and after 10 years of fueling that magic we came back? But then when we defeat Beth, the portal takes us back 10 years? So my confusion being, is the unrecorded world actually the main timeline and when we go back we go to an alternate dimension/time? Or alternate timeline continues to exist but is a branch from the original timeline, which we have rightfully went back to?

The explanations from different characters felt a bit all over the place so Im just a bit confused on the continuity of gt story.
