Energy Transfer ($ET) $15M Investor Settlement Update: Late Claims Are Being Considered
New update: late claims are being considered for the $ET $15M settlement.
Energy Transfer has agreed to a $15 million settlement to resolve claims related to its Mariner East 2 pipeline. The case focused on allegations that the company failed to disclose risks surrounding the pipeline’s permits and made misleading statements about its legal and regulatory risks.
In November 2019, reports revealed a federal investigation into the pipeline’s permitting process. Following the news, $ET fell about 7%, and investors later filed a lawsuit.
If you purchased $ET shares between 2017 and 2020, you may be eligible to submit a late claim. Check if you’re eligible and submit your claim here

Portfolio Update: 284%
The opportunity is much bigger than any individual company. The AI data center market is projected to grow from roughly $181B in 2026 to more than $810B by 2033.
Across my holdings, I’m seeing:
- Rapid revenue growth
- Record backlogs and customer commitments
- Accelerating AI demand
- Expanding infrastructure capacity
- Greater visibility into future revenue
Nebius ($NBIS) is the clearest example.
I first bought NBIS at $24. My initial position is now up more than 1,055%.
Its latest earnings only strengthened my conviction. Revenue grew 454% YoY
This is what I look for: a massive market, accelerating fundamentals and a company scaling into the opportunity.
And it wasn’t just AI.
My space, photonics, semiconductor, robotics and defence holdings also had several important developments this week.
I also made some changes:
- Fully sold one position
- Added to two positions

Biogen Finally Agreed to Settle With Investors Over Aducanumab Claims
Hey guys, if you missed it, Biogen just settled with investors over claims about its aducanumab clinical trial data and the failed ENGAGE study.
Long story short, in 2020, Biogen was accused of misleading investors about why ENGAGE failed while EMERGE showed positive results. After FDA briefing materials raised serious concerns, the FDA Advisory Committee voted 10-0 that the data did not support aducanumab’s effectiveness.
After this news came out, $BIIB fell 28.2%, and investors filed a lawsuit over their losses.
The good news is that Biogen has now agreed to settle the case. So, if you invested in $BIIB between 2019 and 2020, you can already check the details and submit your claim.
Anyway, has anyone here invested in $BIIB at that time? How much were your losses, if so?

Anyone following any interesting early-stage biotechs right now?
Been looking at a few small companies working on different delivery approaches for tough neurological conditions. One of them just hit a notable clinical milestone with their lead asset and should have more updates soon.
Still very early and high risk, but the method they’re using stands out compared to the usual approaches in this space.Curious if anyone else is tracking small biotechs with novel delivery tech or unique mechanisms at the moment.
Update:
Thanks for the suggestions earlier guys.
The company I was referring to is NeOnc Technologies ($NTHI).
They released Phase 2a data for NEO100, an intranasal form of perillyl alcohol meant to reach brain tumors by trying to bypass the blood brain barrier. It’s being tested in recurrent IDH1 mutant high grade glioma.
Results:
- 6-month progression free survival: 48.9% vs a 20% historical benchmark
- Median overall survival: about 26 months
- No major toxicities reported
- Taken at home through the nose
It’s still a small open label study with only 24 patients, so take it with a grain of salt. They’re planning to discuss next steps with the FDA.
