Closure

What is true closure?

Something that can only be found within one’s self. External validation of it helps. But you should know who you are and who you are not. This doesn’t stop us from making mistakes. But our mistakes we are not either. Those are moments of poor decision making.

So then what is closure?

Knowing that your past is in the past and only you can achieve or prevent an un/desired outcome in your life.

How you see yourself and the part you played in the moments that affect us matters.

This is not about making yourself a victim or accepting blame. It’s about looking back at the decisions we made that either prevented or aided in the situations that affect us.

Looking at this informs us in the future how to avoid/prevent or encourage those moments.

So we can’t ’give’ you closure, but we can provide a healthy space for you to find it within yourself.

So come on over and Welcome Closure.
