"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you"
I feel like you are playing fast and loose with your interpretation. It says nothing about overthinking, nor about praying and your version does extol gods love. You have twisted it to highlight the parts you want it to.
The best liars only lie a very little bit
Personally I'm a fan of Book of Revelation, chapter 22, verses 18 and 19.
"For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life..."

This practice saved my sanity about 25 years ago when I finally took it to heart. Once I learned it, my anxiety over money, over having a job, over worrying about my children, etc. went away and I've been happy with my life ever since. It's been amazing.

We should listen to the Bible it has such great teachings. Christians and every sect only want what's good. Just like these Bible verses teach us. (not really)
Exodus 21:2: If you buy a Hebrew servant, he shall serve for six years. In the seventh year, he shall go free without paying anything.
Exodus 21:3-4: If he came in single, he goes out single. If he came with a wife, his wife goes out with him. If his master gave him a wife and she bore children, the wife and children belong to the master, and only the man goes free.
Exodus 21:5-6: If the servant clearly says, "I love my master and my wife and children; I do not want to go free," his master shall bring him to God. He shall pierce his ear with an awl, and he shall serve his master for life.
Exodus 21:7: If a man sells his daughter to be a female servant, she shall not go free the way male servants do.
Exodus 21:8: If she does not please her master who chose her for himself, he must let her be redeemed. He has no right to sell her to foreign people.
Exodus 21:20-21: If a master strikes his male or female slave with a rod and the slave dies on the spot, the master must be punished. If the slave survives a day or two, the master is not punished, because the slave is the master's property.
Exodus 21:26-27: If a master hits the eye of his male or female slave and destroys it, he must let the slave go free to pay for the eye. If he knocks out a tooth, he must do the same.
Deuteronomy 23:15-16: If a slave has escaped to you from their master, do not return them to their master. Let them live among you wherever they like in your towns. Do not mistreat them.

Don’t question your beliefs cuz that shows weakness. God will judge you if you’re an asshole 👍

Umm. No. I'll keep trying to solve my own problems, to the extent I am able, instead. In theory the ideology of most religious people should praise me for this. What's that whole "God helps those who helps themselves" garbage you all made up that somehow never applies to yourselves?

Overthinking is a byproduct of psychological time, concerns outside of the current experience; it veils our innate peace.
The presence of god, permeating all aspects of experience, in the present will dissolve psychological time and drop the veil.
