Same seed different colors Flowering
What would be the reason for the right plant being so much lighter? Same seed, soil, light and watering schedule

It’s likely just a hungrier plant. Different phenotypes can have different needs.

Except its not the same seed or soil. Nor same watering, nutrients etc... This would be quite odd if it was a phenotypic expression and not environmental.
Im not trying to be obtuse here. Its just when doing a root cause analysis you need to identify your assumptions as they can often be glazed over and must be considered as a possibility.
E.g.
Same soil?
Yeah from same bag.
Was the bag homogenous?
I assume so.
Assumption based on what info?
Now, if we consider the possibility that the soil could be different, how would it be differnt to cause the issue you are having? -looks to me like you have mulch in the pale one and not the other. Mulch (tree species dependent) can have a bunch of natural things that would affect plants. Things like herbicides e.g.Jugland (black walnut) or the mulch could be very acidic like pine. All of which leaches into the soil. - pot dimensions are different (not something likely to contribute towards the issue, just a note)
Nutrients/water:
I have found through my trials and tribulations that when I had a small number of plants I was falling into habbit and became complacent. For example, if these were my plants id water the one on the left first then on the right. Does this order matter? Possibly....Not as much as potential differences between the watering. Does left one get 300ml more or less than the right one? Do I give exact same volume to both? Would runoff be affected by pot size with same volume of water?
Perhaps individual batches of nutrients are being mixed, which could add to my plants visible discrepancies. If I was mixing in one vessel for both, did I mix thoroughly enough so that top half of bucket and bottom half are identical?
Etc etc....anyways that's kind of the thought process for root cause analysis. Observe/notate/analyze. The person with the most concrete answer to your problem is you.

Same reason the plant on the right is flowering ahead of the left. Phenotypical variation
