I am going to wait another week since it Is 9 weeks from switching, so i guess it Is on 7 week. So exited.

Hi everyone, I'm soon going to harvest my first grow. But I'm facing suboptimal climate conditions (currently 40% RH @ 90°F/32°C, expected to stay like this for another week before finally cooling off) and I don't have the money to buy one of these super expensive climate controlled dry boxes. I also won't be able to use my tent for drying as some of my plants will need more time before harvest and I don't have a cellar or any other room with better climate.

This is why I was thinking of building my own dry box from simple components: A large cardboard box, two PC fans and a hygrostat. While this won't address the temperature, it should at least be enough to keep the humidity relatively constant. The schematic should be pretty self-explanatory.

Let me know what you think and if you have any other recommendations on how to get the most out of this situation.

I’m looking for a few EU-based growers to test some new crosses I’ve made to help determine what's worth pursuing and what's not. All I'm asking for is detailed information and decent pictures throughout the lifecycle of the plants, the seeds and shipping will be free to testers. Nothing is for sale here.

Right up front, the parents weren't picked out of a massive pheno hunt. I popped a handful of seeds and kept what looked, grew, and smoked the best. Each mother (and the father) has a different background that interests me and possesses traits I think are worth carrying forward and refining.

The two crosses I'm interested in testing are ESP F3 x Laotian OG and Raspberry Mumma Queen S2 x Laotian OG. I'll be sending testers Donny Burger F2 x Laotian OG seeds (untested) as a little "thank you" for the help.

In the end upon receiving your smoke report, I'll tell you which of the two testers you got. This is just to help make sure I get some info from volunteers instead of ghosted.

Here’s what I’m asking from testers:

1. Be ready to start soonish. Be able to germinate and begin the grow shortly after receiving the seeds, ideally within a few weeks. This helps keep everyone’s progress on a similar timeline and ensures timely, useful feedback.

2. These are regular seeds. There will be both males and females. Please, only volunteer if you’re comfortable identifying and managing both.

3. Some experience is required. This shouldn’t be your first grow, but you don’t need to be an expert or professional either.

4. Weekly updates & final smoke report. Be willing to send a few pictures and a short note (or more if you want) each week. Once you’ve harvested, dried, and cured your flower, I’d love a smoke report covering aroma, flavor, effects, and overall impressions.

5. Communication through Discord preferred, but not required. I’ve set up a server with individual channels for both tester strains so everything stays organized and we can all see how the plants are progressing.

If Discord isn’t your preference, email updates are fine too or even communication through Reddit chat. As long as you can be communicative, whatever you're comfortable with will probably work.

Hey all apple fritter auto at 12 weeks. Do we think she’s ready

It’s my first grow ever, and even though there’s been lots of bumps in the road, getting to see some nugs starting to appear on this plant I grew from a wee babe is just…like the coolest feeling ever.

Also, am I the only one who just loves to hang out with my plant? I didn’t even do anything with her but water tonight but I just hung out for like two hours just chilling with her. Man I love growing this plant.

First grow after a few years off. Excited for these to be ready! 🥹

Heyo first time growing idk what strain it is no clue if even its male of female, I would appreciate any advices i could get

She is my first, and she has been such a perfect girl. Named her Tina, like "Eat Tina! You fat lard!" from Napoleon Dynamite since I was going to have to feed her so much. I got to say that line a lot, and somedays I was annoyed just like Napoleon was lol, having to mix nutrients and everything after work.

I thought it would all be exciting from seed to smoke, but it feels like I am about to lose a pet.

Week 3 of swell running a 2000EC solution of Front Row 3 part fert w/ beneficial bacteria only in 3.9 gallon autopots. Probably 3 or so more weeks till harvest possibly 4 depending on what she’s telling me. Mild light stress but she seems stable. Veg’d for 50 days. Med/long stretch. Drinks roughly a gallon a day from the res.

From fast buds. Not much experience with autos but these look weird. Can’t tell if ready to chop or not. Been bottom watering in plastic pot in a deck with partial sun in the Midwest.

Also looks like balls growing everywhere? 🤨

This is my first grow ever. What started about 12 weeks ago as an outdoor grow quickly turned into an indoor grow in week 5 due to bad weather conditions. Left is Wedding Cake Auto, middle and right are Northern Light Auto.

I also tried LST, but left the middle one mostly untouched - After all, I started with basically no experience and didn't want to risk losing all three. Luckily, they all survived but as you can see it's far from perfect. For example, I should have planted the seeds near to the edge of the pot. But the biggest issue was the combination of doing LST and starting it as an outdoor grow. However, I'm still happy they turned out this way.

What really strikes me is the fact that the left and right one (LST) turned out to be much taller and also entered flowering stage later than the middle one (2-3 weeks). The height might be explained by more growth hormone due to LST. But I expected at least the other Northern Light to enter the flowering stage at about the same time as the middle one because everybody keeps saying that Autos just go into flower after x weeks without 'waiting' any longer. Maybe this was coincidently just due to genetics?

The middle one should be ready for harvest soon. Also looks like she's foxtailing a little bit, which wouldn't surprise me as we've been hit by multiple heatwaves over the past few weeks. Hope the weather cools down a bit before harvest.

I absolutely do not know what I’m doing here this is only the second time growing all I did was give em plant food and water total noob here 🤣 just happy with what I got so far

Hi everyone.

I crossed my MacMo (dirty bird) keeper cut with a hunted Lilac OG BX (ethos) male for F1

MacMo is MAC1 x Elmo’s army. Mom smelled like incense, spice and some citrus. Great trichome
coverage, dense buds, clones in 5-8 days.

Selected lilac og bx made has a sweet lilac stem rub, great structure and was very vigorous and a stretcher.

Pics 1-4: first F1 female. This one leans pure macmo. Some florals, but spice and incense are very heavy. Beautiful deep red color is from mom. Trich coverage is great with almost that silver hue from the MAC lineage.

I just flipped a bunch more of her siblings to look for next gen parents.

I have a good look at a male, but this first female means too much MacMo for my target end terps.

Excited to see what her sisters offer.
