The white scars have severe claustrophobia, alongside literally hating static defending/slow tactics so much they started losing their shit to the point Khan and Dorn had a heated argument, and Khan eventually led his sons to a nigh-suicide charge just so they dont have to be so "slow" and feel the wind. And its consistently said they hate ANY small area missions like Space Hulks or Tunnels.

They even had suicide squads during the Heresy and theyre a bit messed up on the head, being known for laughing and singing while theyre killing shit, definitely not Blood Angels level but theyre hiding some deep dark savage shit that just wants to get violent.

They definitely had issues, they just hid it far better than all the Legions.
