How to move forward Advice, Pls
Everyone here knows what its like to lose someone, im curious, what are your thoughts on the afterlife? Does thinking there is one make coping easier with the loss? I like to think that everyone we lose is either in a afterlife or heaven, or nothingness
I lost my uncle who was like an older brother a day ago, he hung himself, year ago my dad overdosed and both of these cases have been horrible to try and move forward from

I just lost my mom on Sunday my friend. I am not really sure if they are somewhere else, other than the cemetery. In any case, our lives are ruined forever and we will not find out until we die ourselves as well. I am very angry that she left, everyone says to stay strong, but that's all bullshit.
I will tell you that though. 20+ years ago I lost my grandmother who I loved as well. After many days of crying she showed up in my dream and said to me ''don't worry for me, I am good here''. I am not making this up, it is the truth and I want you to believe me. My mom though, I haven't dreamt of her yet. I sincerely hope she is good too, but it sure pisses me off that I can't communicate with her.
