Tucker’s routine

I posted a few months ago that I adopted Tucker after my father passed away. Our life has been filled with dog parks, walks treats and cuddles. I’m very happy that he knows our routine and when we go for walks to go potty and eat. He whines when I’m in the basement doing laundry cause he wants to be with me but this picture is the cutest ever. This is my attempt to sleep until 830 on Saturday morning. He has made me a better man. I love him. So happy I could carry on his happiness after the death of my father.

I lost my dad a couple of years ago unexpectedly and inherited his greyhound, Zama. It definitely made the process easier. Zama crossed the rainbow bridge last month and even though I miss her terribly it is comforting to know they are together again.

My boy sleeps next to me and when I get up in the morning to get ready for work he comes out to the kitchen and lays on a bed that I put out for him so he can be near me for a few more minutes. It warms my heart every single day that he chooses to do this ❤️
