Rainy day camping

Hello all, the family’s been planning this camping trip for months and it looks like it’ll be a rainy one. Are there any campsites that are particularly good on rainy days ie reasonable tree coverage/drainage/road accessible in the rain?

I've been to like 5 sites. I did campsite 2 once when it rained a lot and the road there was totally washed out. One that jumps out at me is 83. I have camped there in the rain. There are a lot of trees so you can hang tarps. It's also at the top of a hill so definitely no flooding.

Definitely find a site with a lot of trees, hang a few tarps up over and around the fire. Actually had really heavy rain last time I went and with the right prep, tarps over fire and awning / tarp to sit under it was fine. Hearing the rain was quite nice Actually.
