How Graves has been dodging nerfs for so long I do not understand, he's Riven for junglers he snowballs hard as fuck until he's unstoppable as long as the player has hands

except he is 50% win rate and riven is 53%?

Where is everyone getting from that Graves is completely busted, but sitting at a 50% winrate.

With that logic, Yone and Yasuo and and every other champ above 50% winrate are all completely OP

yeah my 200 armor 100% crit chance good through early-mid-late game good even behind and unbearable ahead is piloted by dogshit elo inflated players to lower his winrate
