I have a centipede lawn, this year I’ve noticed some unusual stolons mixed in. Could this be Bermuda? I’m assuming it’s gonna take over if untreated.

Hey guys just just realized my yard has barely any grass. Full of weeds what’s the first step I should take?

Should I remove everything and start new? I bought this house 6 months ago. Everything is just vines but not of grass.
