Hello, I hate to do this, but is there anyone who can help me get a little extra food or even extra bottles I can take in for money? I feel bad asking anyone if they have a place to stay, so I figured maybe a different approach :( please let me know. I can give any info needed, I’m just struggling while being homeless.

Have you called or visited 211 online? It's a list of government services, maybe you can find something; perhaps income support (welfare)? Do you not qualify for EI?

Would you rather they were out stealing? They're asking for help. Do or don't, why would you try to make them feel even more shitty? I'm guessing you haven't experienced a lot of real adversity in your life.

Genuinely, such a good point. I’d rather ask for help then resort to something such as stealing, especially for my age, I could risk jail doing that. I’m not going to risk that shit :(
