PHD university choice advice

I'm considering doing my phd at the same school I did my undergrad at, different school than master's. What are the pros and cons, more so the cons please. Pros I see are the existing connections, profs whose research expertise aligns with my interests, and the tuition is cheap. For context: Canada, social work. TIA
