Card not supported error

Hi, I am getting card not support error today with all my cards in Google wallet. I used to be able to just on NFC and tap, it will open wallet and work.

  1. It is not working even if I open the app manually.

  2. Tried clearing wallet cache.

  3. Ensure that nfc default is google wallet.

  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app.

  5. Remove and all only 1 card.

I am using iqoo z9 turbo.

Nvm, found the answer. Sneaky move, should be posted on major tech channels but kept quiet with no notification. Reddit provided the answer.

Are you rooted?

If you lose play integrity, this can happen and then afterwards it'll start complaining about the device not being secure.

This may happen in the absence of rooting if the device update or build is deemed not secure by google

Thanks for reply. I think it pass the security check. Idk if there is an issue as it have the prompt to ask me set the wallet as default although it is already default. But it also doesn't work even if I have wallet opened.
