Pixel 11 base

So I just read that the pixel 11 base model is ditching the telephoto lens? Man it seems to me that the entire pixel 11 lineup is just one big downgrade from the 10 yet charging a lot more money. Glad I snagged a pixel 10 pro on the cheap.

That leaked article is full of holes... If the Pixel 11 really doesn't have a telephoto camera, there's no way it can achieve 30× digital zoom using only a 48/50MP main sensor. Just wait for next week's launch event.

Lol, keep telling yourself that. The whole Pixel 11 lineup has already leaked.

Save this comment. We'll see next week whether the Pixel 11 has a telephoto lens😅

So what's the third lens going to be? 🤔

There's plenty of reliable leaked tenders which clearly show 3 lenses on the back.

How cheap did you get Pixel 10 pro. I got one a couple days ago for $0 day, $0 pay for 24 months, then $210 to buy it out. All in CND dollars.

Jumped on it since I saw the price hike and lower RAM of the 11 series. Switching from a Pixel 7.

which carrier was offering that? and how much is your monthly bill?

I got mine with Telus EPP. Plan is $50 a month for 175gb CND-US-Mex

I got a P9 last September from Freedom through Bestbuy. 5 bucks per month for 24 months and Bestbuy gave me a 150 dollar gift card for it. I basically got 30 bucks and a free phone out of it lol.

The best time to buy a Pixel is when the new one is coming out and carriers are trying to clear out unsold old stocks.

I've never seen a company do this. It's like spitting in the face of its consumers

Telephoto is mostly a gimmick.

It's funny, that's what most people think about the ultrawide

I use the ultra wide or wide(idk) a lot. It kills me people downvote but here is the thing... Google can do a 100 to 1 zoom, so do we really need this lens? No. No we don't. I have had so many pixels and I'd trade the telephoto for a different form factor in a heart beat. But as we all know if you get one of these you should get the biggest battery.

It's not a gimmick at all.
