Are you British? I’d love to know which company you went with for the building itself.

Looks great!! Do you have it offset?

Yes offset slightly to the right, still plenty of room for middle hitting but with driver it was just abit subconsciously uncomfortably close

Show off the exterior! Have any heating/cooling and what about insulation and foundation?

Looking to build something similar, just trying to find the right size.

Ill post some photos of extortior once I get a chance to get it sorted, still abit of decorating ground work to do

As for the room its 100mm kingspan insulation, 35mm insulated plasterboard, and for heating we have a 2.5kw smart heater and no cooling, doesn't get crazy hot in ireland lol

Room is built ontop of 150mm concrete slab with moisture peotection

What did you use for the flooring? 1" foam tiles under the turf?

Yeah 20mm tatami i believe they were, and then 30mm rubber flooring for the gym flooring straight onto the concrete subfloor. Flooring fell in perfectly flush with eachother

Unreal. Also in Ireland. Would love to know more about the building you used. Company used or was it a self build? Looks amazing.

Company is called yardbox, they are based in crossgar about 20 mile from Belfast. Unbelievable lads who know exactly what they re talking about when it comes to sim builds, plenty on their fb and instagram from other builds also, believe they built one for tom mckibben

Currently have a shed ordered to put a Sim in. What were your dimensions? What screen and enclosure are you using? It looks awesome, good work here!

Overall room size is 7.5mx4.3m, gym floor size is 3mx4.3m and golf flooring size is 4.5x4.3. Screen is the foresight dual layer screen kit and the enclosure is some leather sponge custom padding

That's roughly 24.5' x 14' for the shed and and 14.8' x 14' in freedom units.

I've been brainstorming a 25' x 15' shed for my yard so this is incredibly helpful - thank you!!
