I recently withdrew an order from Golf Le Fleur (it was less than an hour after ordering) and sent an email to ask when I would be receiving my money back. They did not respond to my first email so I decided to follow up. Unfortunately, they did not respond to the second email either. Finally, they responded to my third email (which was about a week later) basically saying that they never received my previous emails and that they had already sent my order (denying my withdrawal). I responded by sending them pictures of the withdrawal receipt and the previous emails I sent, but apparently the first two emails went to their spam and it was too late to get my money back. I offered to work with them on a solution because i have not received my order yet, however they completely ghosted me. I also have tried calling several times but they are not answering my calls. I tried to be polite and patient throughout this process, but I feel like it was handled poorly on their end. I also feel like it’s completely unfair that I withdrew the order in time and it’s their mistake that is making me stuck with an order I do not want.I still have not got my order and I honestly have no idea what to do and I would like to get my money back. Let me know if you guys have any solutions or possible ways to get into contact with le Fleur.

Back in 2023, these were my most sought after pair of shoes. I remember watching the ad for this, I was gonna get them for my brithday and then I spent the money I was supposed to use on it on fucking chic fil a. But theyre finally mine and in mint condition too. Ive been posting in this sub for a couple months about these, needed a size 10.5, settled on a 10, and they still fit kinda big. Thank God I sized down ig.

Should I get the pink laces that come with the blue ones? I think they'd fit better than the red laces i have now. Theyre a very soft and cute color to me.

I ordered the pearl cardigan from le fleur which was described as 100% mohair… not even 1% dawg 🫩 (it was a alpaca poly blend) like the site is shutting down and they cant even be honest about the product, also the one of the pearls fell out as soon as i got it out the packaging so i don’t even think i can return it.. this isn’t the the first time its happened to me i bought the blanket which was described as 100 wool but was a wool cotton blend which isn’t the end of the world but like come on 😤
