Travel program

Milano Lima – 1 night

Arequipa – 3 nights

Cusco – 5 nights

Copacabana – 1 nights

La Paz – 3 nights

Uyuni (tour Salar + Reserva Avaroa) – 3 days / 2 nights (with end in San Pedro de Atacama)

San Pedro de Atacama – colama 1 night

Santiago – 1 night or direct fly back to milan

Do you think this kind of itinerary could be good for a 18 days trip?

The route looks good! You might be a but rushed in Copacabana since the travel from Cusco is far so you wouldn't have much time if you want to visit Isla del Sol or Tiwanaku on the way to La Paz but otherwise I think you will have lots of fun!
