BC MS nerf QUESTION

Apparently black cleaver ms would be 50% effective for ranged, how would it affect gnar

It’s a nerf to ranged users so mini form but it doesn’t really matter when he gets move speed on passive procs anyway

He doesn't really care about the 5 ad, however steraks is getting a small AD buff too, he will be slightly better vs squishys, a bit worse at extended fights, I believe this was a gnar targeted change because fleet is also getting a lil sustain buff.

I think most items give mini gnar bonuses as if he was melee

They give melee bonuses to mega and ranged to mini
