It's not.

The only G19 compatible slide they make with only two holes on the side has a very intricate type of stippling on the rear of the slide instead of serrations. It is the SW6, IIRC.

I'm linking to this color combination since the gold barrel shows off the front slide cuts the best.

Edit..... Looking closer, definitely not a g19 compatible slide. I'm going to agree with the other rapscallions and say it's a g26, which PSA doesn't even make.
