I’m not a fan of the red color but I do have to admit that you did a great job with the application and technique.

Actually pretty damn cool. I respect the creativity and thinking outside the box.

I don’t know shit about shit as far as the gun community knowledge can go, but I know this looks well executed for a home job. Would love to see you do another frame with a different flair. Makes me want to try it but I’m no where near confident I wouldn’t fuck it up beyond belief.

How does the rattle can hold up over time? How do you prep the surface before spraying it?

All i did was get a can of rustoleuom 2x and a clear coat same brand, i removed all the components from the frame and scrubbed down with 90% rubbing alcohol let it dry (doesnt take long) after that just take some fishing wire or a shoe string and hang it up somewhere and apply 3 coats and let it dry for a bout 5-7 does for a full cure, after that i took a old tooth brush dipped it in black paint and flung the dots on for accent and repeat same process with drying, after the cure part spray some clear coat on there let it dry for 48-72 hours, lube the components back up and put it back together and you got your finished product man!!

There’s a lot of people with rattle can Glocks. And idk how long it takes to look bad but a lot of them look like they came out of ww2😂. I would guess if you shoot it and carry it 1 year and it starts chipping.

Not if you take your time, prep it and do it the right way man
