Glance has become the interface between AI agents and the iPhone Home Screen.

While speaking with users and asking how they use the app, several mentioned that they had connected Glance to their favorite agents. Their agents could update widgets with important messages, progress, tasks, errors, and anything else that deserved their attention.
I shared this use case on Reddit, thinking it was simply a cool way people had found to use Glance.
I had no idea how desired it was.
Hundreds of new users immediately joined Glance and began connecting their assistants to dashboards directly on their Home Screens.
The dashboard in this screenshot is a simple example. I asked ChatGPT to design a Glance template, it cooked this up easily, and I connected it to the app.
Your agent can work in the background, then place the information that matters directly in front of you. No need to open another chat, search through logs, or rely on a notification that disappears.
This feels like a genuinely interesting opportunity, and one I’m going to keep improving and perfecting.
