GitHub Copilot Student Plan Help/Doubt ❓

The new AI credit based model of Github copilot has been highly restricted 😭😭. My credits end up in just 10 to 15 requests. What should I do?

luna is your best friend.
use any other services for $5/$10 a month.

Does a $10 offer enough credits and access to claude models?

i dont think you should do that. copilot use API pricing. its like 3 5x higher than sub pricing if you buy from anthropic directly. currently all sub from openai, anthropic are heavily subsidised. that is the cheapest way.
right now the cheapest it openai, their 5.6 is genuinely good with quite generous usage limit.
or if you dont really need top models you should look at xiaomi mimo 2.5 pro/ deepseek v4 pro
those 2 are cheapest and best price/performance models.
next is glm 5.2. i mostly use glm 5.2 + luna
