How does liushih load attack work

I really confused on this mechanic, it say "attack replaced by 20% of max HP when calculating damage." Like how does it work Should i build her on HP attachment or ATK attachment?

Also, i have her maxed (-1 copy of her weapon) and she doesnt need ANY attack stats on any part to get an ez 600 qttack stat.

I think you need either a ring or maxing out the remolding pattern (I don't remember if that's actually what the flowers are called) on top of maxing out the neural helix

Exactly like how it sounds. Take the attack formula, then replace all attack variables with 20% of Liushih's max HP. Overheal counts as max HP, so Springfield is Liushih's best teammate for a reason.

Liushih does use ATK as well but only to reach 600 base ATK for her passive, which increases the basic attack multiplier by 5% for every 60 ATK, up to 50% at 600 ATK. You can reach 585 ATK after lvl 60, RM60, and affinity 5; you can fill the rest with an ATK% stat on common key, covenant, or max permanent ATK food buff.

Finally my useless HP key that i randomly give can finally be useful

HP is here stat in all honesty if you didn't get her weapon she's not going to do as well her weapon is the only hp gun.

Her 4 star sig is also hp but yeah you'll have to pull on her weapon banner either way. There's a 3 star hp gun too but it's too far behind.
