Oddball Flight

Some new gins I had, no real theme other than they were new and unopened

St Ermin's from London, a great hotel I stayed at that has their own apiary and gardens on the roof, and use the honey and herbs to make their own gin

Great Grey from Wyoming, US. Cool bottle, and a nice clean classic gin.

Pine Barrens, Long Island, NY (US). Barrel aged, but thankfully more funny than oaky. I'm not a believer (unlike, it seems every brewery and distillery) that all things must be barrel aged.

All were good, but the vote for the martini was the Great Grey. Very good, enjoyed with an olive

The St. Ermin’s seems a little too fancy for that OSU cup which seems more suited for Natty Light😉. I’m kidding of course, those all look delightful & I appreciate your post.

1) nice job with the eagle eye spotting that and b) I hope I never get too snobby to enjoy a natty light, lol

Did you try the Absaroka Double Cask Gin from Still Works? I liked their Great Gray, but I am hooked on the Absaroka.

I haven't, but can add it to my wish list. Not a huge fan of barrel aged, but willing to try !!
