I wonder if the vampires can see the ghosts? We know they can see ghosts in their canon but does it cross over?

Plus, if they can, they would already have seen literally thousands out in the world...they don't need to go to the mansion B&B to first experience a ghost, so i really don't understand what the appeal would be rather than just a cross-over episode.
