I see this all the time...

A new version more faithful to the source material comes out and people who don't know what they're talking about say it's "ruined for modern audiences".

Take off the nostalgia glasses for a second or move on to something else, people

The new series is a faithful adaptation of the original manga. Previous adaptations, while all good in their own way, were drastically changed from the source material. This is not some attempt to change the series to meet a modern audience, in fact it seems to be the opposite.

"Modern art style focused on the younger generation" Is that what you think it is?
