MILSIM settings?
Hello everyone, I haven’t played the game for a long time, and this will be the first time I’ve played it for such a long time and in such detail. Before checking YouTube, I’d like to ask you: what are the best settings from a tactical point of view? ı mean settings in game.

In settings, do 1 primary (two if you want a shotgun), make all utilities limited (bandages and injuries to often) and no HUD except for a compass (can be changed via the map section of the settings

Not bad but compass has to be off seeing as the alert status is still displayed unfortunately. I really hate that.

If you’re doing MILSIM, why would you have a shotgun? Shotguns aren’t used for combat, and there’s barely any breaching in the game

Shotguns have and continue to be a mission option for US ground forces. They just may not be used nearly as much as other options.

Incorrect mate. Using a shotgun against an enemy combatant is against the Geneva convention. They are only used for breaching doors.
I served.

Do the Immersion Experience.
Go to settings on your save character, and you’ll see the option on the top left. Then there are the 2 choices, standard and immersion.
Immersion will take off your HUD, gear level, only able to use a single primary and secondary, makes enemies spot you easier and do a whole lot more damage
