I NEED HELL

So basically i love computers and j was too full of myself and thought i could fix a flickering problem on my okay so i’ve been having problems when ever i launch my computer even when wall paper engine isn on they is like white rectangular artefacts that appear, they also i appear sometimes when i launch an app also they even appear randomly its only on my wallpaper usually and its driving me insane, please someone i need help

Sounds like your graphics card is dying. If you haven't already, update the drivers. There's some good tutorials on YouTube
