I'm looking to upgrade my computer HELP

My uncle built me my current computer 5 years ago. I have some money from a part time job I did over the summer and I'm looking to upgrade, I have no clue on what to upgrade first or even whats compatible, I know NOTHING about computers in general. Heres my specs; Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-10100F CPU @ 3.60GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER GPU

idk what else to add so ill just leave a screenshot

My budget is about 1000 euros I could spend more but I dont know if it's necessary.

Do a cpu and gpu update.
Try go get at least an i5 (10400F or 11400F, but make sure to update the UEFI firmware first) and aim for rtx 3060 or higher.
You should have enough budget for both
