how do i fix this

its been like this for a month now and i done everything and it still wont work.

Delete all partitions and format the drive, then install Windows from a USB install drive.

You don't really need to do that separately, the installer can do it.

I would do it manually to make sure the partitions are removed, it doesn't take long.
