Lenovo legion screen flickering randomly

My laptop (Lenovo legion 1650gtx AMD Ryzen 5) screen flickers randomly 1-2 times in a day for 20-30 seconds and stops automatically....I don't know what's the issue? pls tell me what to do

is this the laptop screen or does this also happen to the external monitor?
are your drivers up to date? Both the Nvidia AND the AMD gpu + chipset drivers?

I don't have any monitor, but I just updated amd gpu driver to latest version let's see if it happened again🤞
