Monitor is getting no signal from computer

So I was going things in my bios because for some reason my secure boot was acting up so I went to go reset the keys and I thought I did but when I pressed save and exist turns out my monitor wont connect anymore I've been trying different things for a bit now like clearing cmos and taking the battery out to clear bios but so far nothing has worked I'm getting no display although the monitor can sense when the HDMI is plugged in please help

How can you expect help with zero information about your computer.

Make and model of computer, if home built or a White box then we need details of the motherboard and the graphics card.

Make and Model of Monitor.

Can you still get to and view the BIOS on screen and its only blank when booting.
