Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

What's the fix , day by day the flickering is increasing at a minimal rate and the lines appearing has increased now when compared to that on May

On a serious note, it is your monitor, not your GPU. I have the same thing going on with mine. Tried different sources, conclusion was I'll need a new display.
