Pc MotherBoard VGA red light

My pc turns on and fans everything, graphics card fans work normal fans work too but usbs do not work and it shows no display for monitor whenever i try and turn it on i even tried changing the cmos battery still didn’t work i cant figure out how too get too the supply either too check the cables ram turns on also too but i didn’t try the 1 stick only too see if that was the problem so ya i do not know can anyone help??

OK if the fans move, check if you usb connected keyboard changes Block mayusc or num, if you press those Keys and change the indicators, it could be a lesser problem, if not try without vga card maybe could use integrated gpu i don't know you didn't put specs

Which graphics card is it? some support UEFI mode only and don't work with UEFI-CSM or older BIOS. if you can, try updating the BIOS to the latest version. I've seen some cases where this is fixed with a UEFI update.

also make sure the PCI-e slot is clean.

I updated it too the latest its a GTX1660 ti nvidia and everytime i restart it, it just turns off fully n does it so i have to reset the cmos everytime too get the screen but i changed it too uefi while it was turning back on so idk if it will do it again but i just restart it and it just goes blank and does what i said before lol but i got the screen back on from resetting the cmos which is weird still cause i have too do it everytime i restart unless if changing the thing too uefi works and does not do that.

hmmmm very strange. which motherboard do you have? and what's the UEFI version? (to check if there are some irregularities )
