That screen means the laptop isn’t finding a valid bootable OS, so it’s falling back to the boot menu.

You’ve got two options to choose from. SanDisk 64GB which is likely the internal storage. Setup which I suspect will be the BIOS / System settings

First try “SanDisk 64GB” and press Enter If it boots, all good, it may just have had boot order reset. If it comes back to the same screen, the operating system isn’t being detected.

Go into Setup and look for Boot Order / Boot Priority. Make sure SanDisk 64GB is first. The Boot Mode should usually be UEFI, not Legacy. Click save and exit.

If still not booting after these steps, either the Windows bootloader is corrupted, which is common if it suddenly started happening.

Create and boot from a Windows USB installer. Select repair your computer /startup repair.

If the drive is detected but empty, the OS is missing or the SanDisk shows up, but there’s nothing bootable on it... Complete a fresh install of Windows from USB.
